A Massachusetts District Court Judge and a court officer have been indicted for allowing a twice-deported illegal immigrant to escape out the back door of the courthouse to elude capture by an ICE agent, and our Democrat Attorney General Maura Healey is outraged by the indictment.

Newton District Court Judge Shelley M. Richmond Joseph and Court Officer Wesley MacGregor are facing a multi-count federal indictment announced yesterday by U.S. Attorney Andrew Lelling.

The illegal in question, whose name is not completely certain at this point due to a number of aliases he has amassed, is from the Dominican Republic. He had re-entered the country after being deported twice and was facing an outstanding warrant in Pennsylvania when he appeared before Judge Joseph on narcotics charges.

Joseph allegedly allowed the man to escape and it was two months before he would be recaptured, only to be released again by an immigration judge.

Healey, who spends her time in Mexico providing legal advice to other illegals looking to enter the U.S. rather than working here in Massachusetts, is absolutely enraged by Joseph's indictment.

Healey released the following statement:

“Today’s indictment is a radical and politically-motivated attack on our state and the independence of our courts. It is a bedrock principle of our constitutional system that federal prosecutors should not recklessly interfere with the operation of state courts and their administration of justice. This matter could have been appropriately handled by the Commission on Judicial Conduct and the Trial Court. I am deeply disappointed by U.S. Attorney Andrew Lelling’s misuse of prosecutorial resources and the chilling effect his actions will have," Healy said.

Maura Healey has wasted more taxpayer time and money over the last two years filing frivolous suits against the Trump Administration, and is now more outraged at a federal prosecutor who is attempting to uphold the law than she is about a judge who is alleged to have allowed a dangerous illegal to escape justice. This speaks volumes about Healey's priorities and her lack of scruples.

Maura Healey is a disgrace and should just go away.

By the way, a Trump-appointed U.S. Attorney has just taken down a Charlie Baker-appointed judge. How sweet justice is.
