Opening statements are set for next week in the Boston murder trial of accused gangster James "Whitey" Bulger. Federal prosecutors expect to begin laying out their case against the 83-year-old former fugitive on June 12th. Jury selection is now underway in U.S. District Court in Boston. Bulger is accused of taking part in 19 murders while running Boston's notorious Winter Hill gang in the 1970s and 80s. He was captured in California in 2011 after spending most of his 16 years on the run on the FBI's "Ten Most Wanted" list.
