WBSM Movie Critic Reviews “RIPD” and “The Conjuring”
There are actually three movies on the screen this weekend:
"R.I.P.D" Rated PG-13
Opening today is the new action comedy "R.I.P.D" starring Jeff Bridges, Ryan Reynolds and Kevin Bacon. The film follows veteran sheriff Roy Pulsifer, played by Bridges, who works for a police force known as R.I.P.D., tracking monsters disguised as human beings.
"RED 2" Rated PG-13
The sequel to the hit comedy starring Bruce Willis, Helen Mirren, Anthony Hopkins and Catherine Zeta-Jones. The film follows the retired black-ops CIA team as they hunt for a missing nuclear device as they use their old school skills.
"THE CONJURING" Rated R
The new horror film stars Patrick Wilson, Vera Farmiga, and Ron Livingston. The film, based on a true story, follows paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren who are called to help a family being terrorized by a demonic entity and soon find themselves in the middle of the most terrifying case of their lives.
