UMass Dartmouth Commencements Are This Weekend

UMass Dartmouth is holding four commencement ceremonies over a three-day period, and the University has compiled an impressive list of speakers for the events.

For example, one of the speakers on Saturday is the U.S. Secretary of Energy and Fall River native Ernest Moniz. University spokesman John Hoey expects graduates will be eager to hear the Secretary's message.....

Secretary Moniz will speak Saturday morning at UMass Dartmouth. Businessman Robert Leduc will address business grads this morning, while former Channel Four news anchor and now pastor Liz Walker will address graduates of the college of arts and sciences this afternoon.

Governor Patrick will speak to law school graduates during a ceremony Monday morning in the main auditorium.
