Trump Calls Elizabeth Warren a ‘Liar’ in Social Security Clash

President Donald Trump last week referred to Massachusetts U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren as “a liar and a mean person.” That might seem harsh, but remember, the Trumpster has taken his share of barbs from the bespeckled one he often refers to as “Pocahontas” and “fake Indian.”

Warren has referred to Trump as a “racist bully," “corruption in the flesh” and a “chaos monger,” among other things.

Trump’s Social Security Remarks

Fox News Digital reported last week that Trump said Warren has “got to take a drug test” when responding to claims from Warren that he intends to cut Social Security.

Trump’s comments came during a press event in the Oval Office during which he marked the 90th anniversary of the Social Security Act. In his remarks, broadcast live on WBSM, Trump stated his administration was working to strengthen Social Security “for generations to come.”

Warren Accused Trump of Trying to "Gut" SSA

Warren has accused Trump of attempting to “gut the Social Security Administration (SSA) as a means of slashing benefits for Social Security recipients.” Warren stated, “Social Security is under attack like it has never been before.”

No wonder so many seniors are turning off Judge Judy and are taking to the streets to demand “Hands Off!” Social Security.

Trump Fires Back

“She’s a liar. She lied her whole career,” Trump told reporters.

“She’s a nutjob,” said Trump. “I watched her the other night. She's all hopped up endorsing a communist in New York City, and she was all excited and jumping up and down.”

“She’s got to take a drug test. She really, though, she’s got to take a drug test. There is no way somebody can act that way and be normal,” Trump said.
