Three Year Old Filly Qiaona Wins Del Mar Feature

Qiaona rallied in the final furlong to beat Burns Turn by three-quarters of a length Wednesday in the $77,000 Children's Dental Health Association Purse for 3-year-old fillies at Del Mar.

Ridden by Garrett Gomez and trained by Ed Moger, Qiaona ran 1 1/16 miles on the turf in 1:41.19 and $7, $3.80 and $3. Burns Turn returned $4.40 and $3.20, and Somethingabouther paid $7 to show.

Qiaona, owned by Curt and Lila Lanning, won for the third time in 14 starts.
