A Rehoboth man convicted of murdering his father in Seekonk was sentenced to life in prison, capping a case that included an accomplice and a years-long investigation.

A Rehoboth man was convicted of killing his father in a 2021 Seekonk shooting, following a three-week jury trial in Fall River Superior Court.

The son of a Seekonk man who was murdered last year has been arrested and indicted in connection to his father's killing, along with another man from Rehoboth.

Police are investigating a murder in Seekonk after a man was found dead in an apartment from an apparent gunshot wound on July 6.
