An Easton man will spend two to three years in state prison and got his driver's license revoked after he was sentenced for reckless driving that killed a 37-year-old man in a crash in April 2020.

Jake McCabe told investigators he was using Xanax and another psychiatric drug when the crash took place, according to a report.

A 25-year-old man will be charged with motor vehicle homicide, the Bristol County DA's Office said.
