A former Bishop Feehan High School hockey player who suffered a serious spinal injury earlier this year has joined the coaching staff at the Attleboro school.

State health officials are trying to pin down the source of a mystery illness that affected more than a dozen members of the Bishop Feehan High School football team, landing at least one player in the hospital.
