Suspect Sought In Knifepoint Robbery In New Bedford

New Bedford police are on the lookout for a suspect involved in an armed robbery over the weekend.

Police say the suspect entered the N&W convenience store on Belleville Avenue Sunday night, threatened the clerk with a knife, and demanded money. The suspect fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. The clerk was not harmed.

Police are looking for a man about 5'10", weighing 160 pounds, last seen wearing a blue hoodie, black pants, and black sneakers.
