Survey Finds The Happiest Age

A new survey has found that people are reaching their peak happiness in life in their mid-forties.

According to the poll conducted by dating service Love Begins At and YouGov, those over the age of 45 came out on top in most of the areas that make people feel their most content. The age ranked highest in having strong relationships and networks of friends and family and having a strong knowledge about the world.

Most also had better standards of living after turning 45, as well as a better appreciation of the arts and the ability to cope with the ups and downs of life.
