On one incredible night, two outstanding bands make their way back to the Zeiterion Performing Arts Center on Friday, March 6 at 8 p.m. Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes bring their classic blend of Memphis Stax influenced R & B and gritty "stonesy" rock and roll to town. They've been recording albums since 1976 and are closely associated with Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band.

Special guests on this one night exclusive show are Rhode Island and New Bedford natives, John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown Band. They broke through the veil nationally with John Cafferty's score to the motion picture, "Eddie & The Cruisers," which was certified triple platinum and included the rock anthem, "On the Darkside."

Of course, we'll also welcome back New Bedford favorite, Mike "Tunes" Antunes for a night of classic rock & roll. Tickets start at $35 at www.zeiterion.org or by calling (508) 994-2900.
