Some Folks Not Pleased With Custom House Square

While officials are giving Custom House Square Park rave reviews, some local residents have yet to warm up to the renovated park.

Callers to WBSM's "Mid-Day Live" expressed their disappointment in the property, including this man who says the space could have been much more than it is.

This caller was against the idea for a new park there altogether.

Before the park was built, designs were drawn up and the public was asked for their input on at least two separate occasions.

The park cost about $300,000, which was paid through largely by state grants.
