The sister of the men accused of bombing the Boston Marathon is set to speak out Monday.

West New York Mayor Felix Roque says Alina Tsarnaev wants to set the record straight with her community and the rest of the world. The mayor says he is concerned for the woman's safety so the talk will be given in a secure location being coordinated through his office.

The sister is expected to speak around noontime. She has only lived in the New Jersey town for a couple months and she has told West New York officials that she had not spoken with her brothers in months.
