Scratch Ticket Worth $15 Million Sold In Fairhaven

There is still a buzz around the Valero Gas Station at Route Six and Bridge Street in Fairhaven.

According to the owner, he sold a $15 million winning scratch ticket last Wednesday to a 35 year old man who is a regular customer.

Eli Hachem told WBSM News, the man purchased the $30 ticket and scratched it, then he reacted.....

The man started to cry after Hachem double-checked the numbers for him.

Lottery officials said no claim had been made for the prize as of Monday morning. $15 Million is the highest prize available for a 30-dollar scratch ticket.
