The Massachusetts Childhood of Adam Schiff You Didn’t Know About
U.S. Senator Adam Schiff has built quite a resume on the back of President Donald Trump, with his prominent role in investigating the president on everything from Russiagate to the January 6th riot. Schiff was also involved in Trump's first impeachment.
Still a member of the U.S. House, Schiff served as the lead investigator for the House Intelligence Committee during the first impeachment and later as the lead House manager (prosecutor) during the January 6th hearings.
Trump's Nicknames for Schiff
As a result, Trump is not much of a fan of the California Democrat, often referring to Schiff as “Shifty Schiff,” “Watermelon Head,” “Sleazebag,” “Lowlife,” and “Pencilneck,” to name a few.
With Trump back in the White House and in charge of the Department of Justice, the worm may be turning.
Sen. Schiff recently formed a legal defense fund as his legal problems appear to be growing. Not only is Schiff accused of mortgage fraud, but he now faces allegations that he leaked information gleaned as a ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee.
Stay tuned, as all of this promises to be interesting, historic and even entertaining.

Schiff’s Massachusetts Childhood
You might be surprised to learn that Sen. Schiff is a native of Massachusetts. That's right, he's a "Masshole."
Adam Bennett Schiff was born on June 22, 1960, in Framingham, Massachusetts, to Edward and Sherrill Ann Schiff. When Adam was nine, the family moved west, first to Scottsdale, Arizona, and then to Alamo, California.
WickedLocal.com reported, “Historical records kept at the Framingham Public Library show that the Schiff family moved from Brighton to Framingham in 1958, two years before Schiff was born.”
“The family settled into a three-bedroom home on Bradford Road that was built the year before they moved in,” according to the report. In 1966, the family moved again to a four-bedroom on Wildwood Terrace.
From the House to the Senate
Schiff, who is married with two children, served in the U.S. House from 2001 to 2024 before being elected to the U.S. Senate.
