It's official. By decree, the local government of Santa Monica, CA, has the legal right to bar the nativity display, or any seasonal exhibit! For the last 60 years, Santa Monica attracted thousands of people to walk the pier, decorated with life-sized figures depicting the nativity. A lot is changing in America.
