Santa Claus Makes His Annual Visit to WBSM
Santa Claus stopped by the WBSM studio for the third year in a row to take phone calls from all the good little boys and girls of the SouthCoast.
Kids from all over called in to speak to Santa and tell them what they want for Christmas this year.
There were even some special guests who came to the studio to speak with him in person.
Santa's visit comes courtesy of his friends at New Bedford Fire Union Local 841, who have a direct connection to the North Pole and make the arrangements to bring the Big Guy here each year.
Santa also wants to remind the people of the SouthCoast to help out seven-month-old Scarlett, who is this year's Mini Miracle child. WBSM and the United Way of Greater New Bedford are teaming up to help her overcome soft cleft palate and get the surgery she needs to fix it.
