UPDATE: Massachusetts State Police have said the remains were those of a newborn girl.

ROCHESTER (WBSM) — The remains of a fetus or newborn infant were discovered at a regional recycling facility in Rochester, and now the Cape and Island District Attorney is asking for assistance in identifying them.
