Freed Army Sergeant Bowe Bergdahl's condition is improving, but officials declined to say when Bergdahl will be moved from a military hospital in Germany to treatment in the U.S., saying there's no timeline.

Bergdahl was swapped over the weekend for five Taliban detainees from the U.S. Military prison at Guantanamo Bay.

Mass. Congressman William Keating says Bergdahl's release should be the start of a national discussion on what to do with other detainees, now that the war is winding down.....

Keating says Congress should have been briefed beforehand about the prisoner swap that led to Bergdahl being released. The administration said that was an oversight. Keating expects to be briefed next week.
