Recall On Knife Sets, SodaStream Bottles, And Toy Frogs
A knife set, SodaStream bottles, and a plastic frog toy are three of the latest items that made its way onto the list of recalled items.
According to WPRI 12, Calphalon is recalling a knife set due to an unintentional laceration hazard.
During use, the blade of the "Contemporary Cutlery Knife" sets can break and cut the person who is cutting something, according to the company.
Consumers should call Calphalon at (800) 809-7267 during business hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET, Monday to Friday, or go to the company’s website for details on the recall and replacement. Calphalon will send a kit to those who need the knife set replaced, so they to pack up the knives and send them back to the company.
Also, SodaStream is recalling bottles used in its home soda-making process because of the a risk that the bottles may burst under pressure.
About 51,000 of the one-liter, blue tinted bottles were sold in the United States. The only bottles that are affected include those labeled "dishwasher-safe" with an expiration date of 4/2020.
SodaStream is offering a refund.

The third product that is being recalled due to chemical and injury hazards is the Little Live Pets Lil Frog plastic toy by Moose Toys.
The battery cap can shoot up into the air and injure a child when the button batteries are removed from the toys. Also, the battery chemicals can leak. So far, Moose Toys has received 17 reports of incidents, two of which were injuries.
The company is replacing the toys.
