REHOBOTH — A woman from Cranston, Rhode Island is facing charges after she allegedly crashed her car into a house in Rehoboth in the early Sunday morning hours.

NBC Boston reports that just after 2:00 a.m., 28-year-old Lindsay Fornaciari’s car traveled 125 feet off the roadway before striking the home.

Police say the car struck the home, located on Providence Street, just feet from where an occupant was sleeping. Nobody in the home was reported to have sustained any injuries.

Fornaciari suffered minor injuries and was transported to a local hospital. She’s due in Taunton District Court on multiple charges.
