Prepare for Daylight Saving Time and Go To Bed Earlier Tonight
We turn the clocks ahead one hour this Sunday for Daylight Saving Time and that will make alot of us sleepy next Monday. This weekend we lose an hour of sleep which can lead to more accidents on Monday. Jane Ehrman with the Cleveland Clinic says people can compensate for losing that hour by getting to bed 15 minutes earlier the next few nights before the time change takes effect. She also suggests getting more exercise so you'll have an easier time falling asleep.
