Polar Plunge at Onset Bay – Hundreds Take the Dip

Being New Year's Day, new year and all, it's the day that area towns do their annual Polar Plunge! 

After my morning coffee we decided to take a ride to Onset Pier and watch the brave take a dip into the icy waters of Onset Bay.  Many showed up and many took the dip!  These people are crazy!  The air temperature was about 35 and the water not much warmer and a stiff breeze made it for a very quick event!
