Man Arrested After Allegedly Photographing Child at Plymouth Summer Camp
PLYMOUTH (WBSM) — An East Bridgewater man was arraigned Tuesday for allegedly taking inappropriate photographs of a young child while he was working at a summer camp.
Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy J. Cruz said that Bradley Collins, 20, was arraigned in Plymouth District Court on September 2 on charges of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14, photographing sexual or intimate parts of a child, and lascivious posing or exhibition of a child in the nude.
Collins pleaded not guilty to all charges and was released after posting $15,000 cash bail. He was ordered to stay away and have no contact with the victim, have no contact with any underage children, stay away from the Plymouth Boys and Girls Club, and was placed on GPS monitoring with a curfew of 6 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Incident Details
Plymouth Police were alerted on August 12 to an incident that happened the previous day at a summer camp at the Plymouth Boys and Girls Club, where Collins was employed. The D.A.’s Office said that investigators found “credible reports” that Collins had allegedly photographed a young child and then told the child not to tell anyone what happened.
“Collins changed his version of events numerous times during an interview with investigators at the Plymouth Police Department and initially denied having taken photos during the incident,” the D.A.’s Office said. “He later stated he had in fact taken photos during the incident.”
Next Court Date
Collins will return to court on October 2 for a probable cause hearing.
