‘Orange Is the New Black’ Star Loves This Local Jerky Company

Taylor Schilling has skyrocketed to fame since starring in the insanely popular Netflix show, Orange is the New Black. Schilling plays Piper Chapman, an ex-drug mule who is trying to change her ways while in prison.

Some of you may already know this, but for those who don't, Schilling actually has ties to the SouthCoast. She grew up in the Boston area, but her dad and brother currently live in New Bedford.

To further prove that this girl has SouthCoast Pride, may we present what Schilling posted on her Instagram account on Wednesday, March 6, about a popular jerky joint in New Bedford:

"This fancy and delicious jerky will knock your socks off. I like the Original No. 5 and Everything Bagel but try em all. Go to their page and grab yourself some. I love you brother Sam Schilling. @brothersartisanal #BrotherSchilling" In case you didn't piece it together, her brother, Sam works there. Can't get enough of the brotherly (and sisterly) love here.

There are many celebrities that have ties to the SouthCoast. Huda Kattan, Insta-famous beauty mogul, also enjoys food from the Southcoast.
