One Killed, Two Injured In Raynham Crash

Raynham Police say one person was killed and two people injured following a crash on Route 44.

Callers reported the incident shortly before 8 p.m. Thursday near the Quality Inn.

Upon arrival emergency responders found two badly damaged vehicles in the roadway.

Police say a preliminary investigation is indicating that one of the vehicles crossed the center line and struck another vehicle heading in the other direction.

The incident is currently being investigated by the Raynham Police Department Accident Reconstruction Team and the Massachusetts State Police.

No names have been released at this time.
