The New York woman accused of scamming half-a-million from the Boston Marathon victim's fund faces a court hearing this week. 26-year-old Audrea Gause of Troy got a check from the One Fund after submitting documents claiming she'd suffered a traumatic brain injury as a result of the blasts. Prosecutors say she gave most of the money to a contractor for a new house. Gause will be in Suffolk Superior Court on Wednesday.
