New Bedford Residents Required To Complete Street List Census

Be on the lookout for a piece of mail from the City in your mailbox.

The New Bedford Election Commission has begun mailing out the 2015 Street List Census, which requires all city residents to list their current address.

Election Commissioner Maria Tomasia says the census helps update the City's voter information, but it can also come in handy when residents are applying for a number of different applications.

All residents, regardless of voter registration status, are required to complete the census. Residents are asked to make any corrections necessary, sign the form, and return it to the City Elections Office within ten days. A list of drop-off locations are located on the back of the census.
