New Bedford Police: Driver Reports Display of Weapon in Vehicle

NEW BEDFORD — Police are investigating after a driver reported seeing something alarming in the vehicle next to them.

New Bedford Police received a report at about 2:43 p.m. on Saturday from a motorist near SpeeDee Oil Change at 1014 Kings Highway that a person in the vehicle alongside her displayed a firearm.

Police continue to investigate.
