Potential attornies in the making will put their skills to the test tonight in New Bedford Superior Court.

Nearly 25 students from Normandin Middle School are taking part in two mock trials prepared by the Discovering Justice group. The students will act as attornies and appear before a real judge to prosecute and defend their sides of the cases.

Kimberly Voturba-Mantook with Discovering Justice tells WBSM News community members will be serving as the jury to add to the experience....

The participating students have had over two months to prepare for the trials. The mock trials, derived from actual cases, will proceed tonight at 5:30 in New Bedford Superior Court. The public is invited to attend.
