A New Bedford man is revived after he was found slumped over the wheel of his truck.

New Bedford Police Spokesman Lt. Amos Melo tells WBSM News the 48-year-old man was found unresponsive behind the wheel of his Chevy Avalanche at Sycamore and Park Streets in the West End just after 5pm Thursday. His truck was at the stop sign and was still running.

Suspecting a possible overdose, first responders administered two doses of Narcan to the man, who was revived from an overdose state. He was transported to St. Luke's hospital.

Nobody was injured.
