A traffic "roundabout" on Chace Road in Freetown will be dedicated Saturday in memory of Navy Petty Officer Tyler Trahan, who was killed in Iraq in 2009.

Tyler's father, John Pierre Trahan tells WBSM News, his son could have attended the Naval Acadamy, but chose a combat role instead....

Saturday's dedication will be attended by local, state and federal officials, including Lt. Gov. Tim Murray and Congressmen Joseph Kennedy III and William Keating.

Trahan says naming the roundabout in memory of his son brings great joy to him and his family.
