Mother Arraigned For Obstruction of Justice

There are new developments in last April's discovery of a deceased newborn baby.

Tamlyn Gonzalez, the mother of the baby, was arraginged Monday afternoon at New Bedford District Court. She is facing one charge of obstructing justice.

But recent developments have moved the investigation along...

Gonzalez was released on probation officer surety. She must report to probation in person once a week, continue taking her medication, keep up with her counseling, and remain in the state. She will return to court july 10th to make sure she is abiding by these terms.

Gonzalez is accused of leaving the body of her newborn child outside her mother's County St. home back in April of this year.
