Most People Say They Are Not in a Relationship with the Love of their Lives
A poll of two-thousand people finds that 73% do not classify their current partner as the love of their life. 25% said they've been in love with two people at once, and 17% said they met the love of their life since being together with their long-term partner.
46% said they would be prepared to leave their spouse or partner to be with their true love, and 45% said their definition of love has changed as they've aged.
One researcher noted, "Although many of the adults polled said they weren't with their true love, the majority claimed to be in head over heels with their current partner which is really encouraging."
