More than 200 family and friends of Dana Dourdeville took part in a search Sunday on West Island to try and find the missing duck hunter. Old Rochester Athletic Director Bill Tilden, and Dourderville's former track coach, organized the search. Tilden was overwelmed by the number of people who showed up. The official search was renewed Sunday morning by the State Environmental Police with a sonar scan and a police dog searching the area. Fairhaven Police say that local officers are continuing to search the town shoreline by foot and a meeting is scheduled this week with a police diving team to discuss more options.
