Minimum Wage Debate

The Massachusetts Senate will debate a proposal to hike the state's minimum wage. The plan would raise the wage from eight- to eleven dollars an hour over the next three years. Supporters include Senator Dan Wolf, who says raising the minimum is necessary to provide a living wage. The Retailers Association of Massachusetts says it will vigorously fight the proposal.
