Three years into her first term, Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey appears to hold her own with the voters. Healey is no Charlie Baker, but her popularity score remains high, though down somewhat from last fall.

Surging home heating bills, proposals for new and expanded taxes (a tax on your excise tax and a tax on prescription meds), an immigrant crisis that won't go away, and a transit system in total disarray are just some of the problems plaguing the governor three years into her term.

Add to her troubles the return of Donald Trump to the White House and you would think Healey might favor a permanent vacation on a warm beach somewhere.

But Healey told Boston Public Radio Station GBH, "I love my job. I'm really proud of the record so far."

So, what do you think?

Poll Says Massachusetts Voters Like Healey But Not Trump

A new UMass Amherst and WCVB poll gives Healey a 52 percent approval rating with voters and a 36 percent disapproval rating. While good, it's down from last October's 58 percent approval and 32 percent disapproval.

It's not a bad place to be a year and a half from the next election.

As high as Massachusetts voters are on Healey, they are pretty sour on President Donald Trump 2.0.

The same poll gives Trump an approval rating of 32 percent and a 64 percent disapproval rating.

The poll indicates a split among voters on some of Trump's proposals concerning gender and men in women's sports. Most voters (56 percent) support Trump's plan to release "all records" related to the assassinations of John F. Kennedy, Robert F. Kennedy and Martin Luther King.
