Healey’s Massachusetts a Leader in ‘Fraudulent’ Jobless Payments

DOGE, the Trump-created Department of Government Efficiency, is the gift that keeps on giving – especially if, like me, you enjoy watching "the swamp" get drained and government waste, fraud and abuse exposed.

American taxpayers owe $36 trillion in debt, a sum not fathomable to most of us. Many billions of dollars are spent on the most absurd programs and causes without their benefactors the wiser.

Massachusetts has over $81 billion in outstanding debt. One might have said, "If you only knew where your money was going."

Well, now we know, thanks to DOGE, and many of us are mighty pissed off about it.

In addition to the craziness associated with the waste, the fraud and abuse aspects of the DOGE discoveries should anger every American, even those who are long departed or have yet to be born.

Fox News recently reported that "DOGE reported that since 2020, hundreds of millions ($382 million) in fraudulent unemployment benefits went to tens of thousands of recipients listed as over 115 years old, between ages 1 and 5, or even with birthdays that haven't occurred yet."

That's not just waste, fraud and abuse; it's corruption. That money is going somewhere or to someone.

We now learned that the most fraud occurred in three Democrat-led states: California, New York and Massachusetts. Fox reported, "The three Democrat-led states accounted for $305 million in improper claim payments."

Breitbart News reported, "DOGE official Antonio Gracias said millions of migrants who were brought into the United States under former President Joe Biden are now on Medicaid and voter rolls."

DOGE said it has uncovered records proving illegal migrants voted in the 2024 federal election in some states.

White House spokesperson Harrison Fields told Fox, "There's a reason for the mass exodus from Democrat-run states that have mismanaged their economies and driven residents to the nearest Republican-led state."

"High taxes, poor stewardship of taxpayer dollars, and progressive policies continue to yield negative results, which is why Americans overwhelmingly support the work of DOGE," Fields said.
