I tried to walk Deval Patrick back from the edge of his ego but he didn't listen and now Massachusetts has another clown in the circus.

Former two-term Governor Deval Patrick has been toying with the idea of running for president for years, and now that the race for the 2020 Democrat presidential nomination is almost over Small Deval figures it's about time he jumps in. Patrick wants to save the party from itself and all of the less-than-Deval-like creatures who are lurking near the top of the heap of Democrat party politics. In other words, he's better than your average bear.

Patrick must have studied this before leaping to our rescue. He must realize that the odds are stacked firmly against his winning the nomination at this late date, yet leap he does. Why? Could it be that perhaps he doesn't want to win? Or perhaps his inflated ego really does believe he is a savior and that all of the sheeple will flock to his side so that he may lead them to righteousness?

Whatever. Deval Patrick is just another face in a race that few really care about. This is Trump's time and it doesn't even matter who the sacrificial lamb is that the other side puts up to face Trump.

Looking back through the hall of clowns from Massachusetts who thought the world could be saved by their East Coast blue liberalism, perhaps we can find a spot right next to Mike Dukakis, Ted Kennedy, John Kerry, and Liz Warren to place Patrick's portrait. A portrait of just one more loser from Massachusetts who tried to peddle an agenda that no one outside of Massachusetts was interested in buying.
