Fans of one of the most iconic movies from the 1980s might want to drive 88 miles per hour to Providence to get a rare meet-and-greet with a true American icon.

One of the biggest names in 1980s Hollywood is coming to Rhode Island Comic Con.

On November 2 and 3, Michael J. Fox will join fellow Back to the Future co-stars Christopher Lloyd (Doc Brown) and Lea Thompson (Lorraine Baines-McFly).

If you grew up in the 1980s, no actor was more influential to the young adult/teen audience than Fox. He started his career on the hit NBC show Family Ties before jumping into the Back to the Future franchise and Teen Wolf movies. He also starred in The Secret to My Success and the late '90s ABC sitcom Spin City.

Fox will make himself available for pictures and autographs at Comic Con. Autographs range from $230 to $350. Professional photos with Fox range from $230 to $280.

If you're looking to catch Fox outside of Comic Con, you might want to set sail for Martha's Vineyard. The island is a haven for celebrities to get away from the hustle and bustle, but beyond that, there is a very personal tie for Fox.

The actor is such a big fan of the Vineyard that he and his wife Tracy (who he met on the site of Family Ties) named their daughter after one of the towns on the Vineyard.

According to the website Nancy's Baby Names, "Aquinnah was named for the town of Aquinnah (a.k.a. Gay Head) on Martha's Vineyard. Tracy's family has a summer home in Aquinnah and, according to one of Tracy's Instagram posts, Aquinnah was where it all began for the couple."
