Massachusetts 7th-Worse State To Retire

Massachusetts has made the top-ten list of the worst states for retirement.  Money-rates-dot-com says the Bay State is expensive, property rates are high, and the weather can be harsh for older people.   The growth of the elderly population is low in Massachusetts, despite long life expectancies.  That suggests that many people move out of state after they retire from their jobs.
