Marijuana Bust In Mattapoisett

Mattapoisett police with the help of other local departments conducted a search warrant on a bayberry lane home Friday and confiscated marijuana, packaging material and drug paraphernalia. Police had observed alleged drug deals going down at the property from a 17 year old male occupant to a number of individuals. Police say that charges are pending further investigation.
