Marco Rubio Picks Up Major Endorsement

Republican presidential candidate Marco Rubio is getting a big endorsement from South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley.   In a campaign rally, Haley said Rubio has passion and conviction and will fight for what's right for the U.S. She said every day will be a great day for America if Rubio wins the White House.

Florida Senator Rubio warned that the American dream will be jeopardized if a Democrat wins the presidential election.

Rubio lamented the loss of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, who died this past weekend. Rubio said there has never been a justice who understood the Constitution like Scalia.

Senator Rubio also vowed to do everything in his power to prevent President Obama from replacing Scalia.

Rubio is hoping for a strong finish in South Carolina's Republican primary on Saturday. Businessman Donald Trump is favored to win the contest in the Palmetto State.  (Metro Networks Inc.)
