Louisiana Cop Shooting Suspect Arrested

The suspect in last night's police killing in Louisiana is in custody.

Police in Shreveport arrested Grover Cannon this afternoon.  Police say Cannon shot and killed Officer Thomas LaValley Wednesday evening while he was responding to a call of a suspicious person.

Apart from the allegation that he killed Officer LaValley, Cannon is also a suspect in another shooting last month.  (Metro Networks, Inc.)
