In Washington, Illionis, an eyewitness said there was complete destruction in his neighborhood, and people were standing in the streets, crying.

The storms also caused a two hour delay in the Baltimore Ravens-Chicago Bears  football game at Soldiers Field.  Fans were told to evacuate the stands as the wind and rain moved in.

According to Police, high winds caused at least a half-dozen trucks to overturn on Illionis highways.
