It's looking more likely that former Florida Governor Jeb Bush will run for president in 2016, with his son, George P. Bush, telling ABC's This Week Sunday  that his father is, quote, "moving forward" on a potential run.

George P. Bush, who is himself running for land commissioner in Texas, said his father is, quote, "still assessing" making a run to be the third member of his immediate family after his father and brother to occupy the White House. But he suggested it was more likely that he would do it this time around, after rejecting encouragement from Republicans to do it in 2012. The younger Bush said, "I think it's more than likely that he's giving this a serious thought and moving -- and moving forward." When asked if that meant it was more than likely that his father will run, Bush said yes, adding, "If you had asked me a few years back . . . I would have said it was less likely."

Without saying if he was running or not, Jeb Bush said in an AP interview earlier this month that his wife, Columba, is supportive of him running for president, and his mother, former first lady Barbara Bush, is now, quote, "neutral, trending in a different direction." The famously outspoken Mrs. Bush said last year that there'd been, in her words, "enough Bushes" in the White House.
