Isaiah Thomas Joins C’s Push For Hayward

It appears that Boston Celtics star Isaiah Thomas is going in full throttle with his team's attempt to sign coveted free agent forward Gordon Hayward. 

With the NBA Finals officially concluded, it's time to focus on the league's free agency period.

Reports have circulated for a while now that the Celtics have been looking to bring one of the top free agents available, Hayward, into the mix to strengthen the team.

Thomas reportedly took to Instagram to apparently start "following" Hayward on the social media app, which has caused quite a stir among the Boston media and Celtics fans.

It's unclear how much of a factor this development might play in the pursuit of Hayward, but it is an intriguing update nonetheless.
