Hostess Going Out Of Business — Twinkies For Sale on Ebay

The world is buzzing about Twinkies! Hostess Brands - the maker of Twinkies and Wonder Bread - is going out of business after failing to make a deal with striking workers. It has asked the U-S Bankrupcty Court for permission to close its doors and sell its assets.

ABC's Scott Goldberg has discovered that some people are apparently seeing this as a business opportunity and are stocking up to sell Twinkies on eBay.

More than 18-thousand workers have been told their layoffs are coming. Hostess says it regrets the decision to start selling off its assets. The company plans to ship and sell all of the products that've already been made. Then it'll sell the brand themselves, so Twinkies, Ding Dongs and the rest could make a comeback in the future.
