Holder Expected To Announce Retirement

Attorney General Eric Holder is expected to announce his retirement today.

The nation's first black attorney general has been in office since early 2009.

The 63-year old Holder has had a rocky relationship with congressional Republicans and has frequently clashed with California Republican Darrell Issa [[ EYE-suh ]], chairman of the House Oversight Committee.
